This is a hand-tied tutu belt with yards of pink and white tulle; it ties with a thick satin ribbon. The flower has a Swarovski crystal center and is on a pin so that it can easily be detached from the tutu. The difference between the tutu belt and a tutu is that the tulle layers on the belt are much shorter.
