These belts are so versatile! They can be worn with jeans to dress up a boring outfit, tied on a hat, used as a headband, tied over a dress or a tutu and probaby other things we haven't even thought of yet. They are made of silk ribbon, braided with tulle, large silk peony and Swarovski crystal center. When you tie them they poof out in back like a mini tutu!
