How to Care for Your Little Miss Blooms Items
Due to the delicate nature of silk flowers and crystals, hand washing is recommended. Although they are delicate, they have been "road tested" by my two year old toddler and the bloomers have withstood hundreds of times down her slide. Most items are made once your order is placed. Because each item is hand-sewn / hand embellished, each item will be slightly different.
Gift Wrap
For a $4.00 fee, we will gift wrap your item in a pink and brown gift box with matching tissue paper and include a small gift card. Otherwise, your item will come packaged in a sheer organza bag tied with a satin bow.
Custom Orders
We welcome custom orders and can make any item in almost any color and/or color combination. Please email us for more information.
Shipping Times
Please allow up to two weeks to receive your items as many are made to order. If you need your purchase for an event or by a certain date, please email us at customerservice@littlemissblooms.com and we will accomodate your request.
We use either US Postal Service First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail if over one pound. Shipping fees are $5.00 for the first five items; $10.00 for six to ten items; $15.00 for eleven to twenty items, etc . We currently only ship to the United States. Please contact us if you are an international customer.
Payment
We currently accept Paypal only.
Returns
We want you to truly love your Little Miss Blooms purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please contact us at customerservice@littlemissblooms.com within 14 days for a return authorization number. Once we receive the item, you will be credited via the original method of payment, minus any shipping fees. Monogrammed or personalized items are non-refundable.
Privacy
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
Conditions of Use / Safety
Adult supervision is recommended when a child is wearing or playing with any of our products. Many products sold on this site are unsuitable for children under three (3) years of age. Small parts, ribbons or packaging could cause a safety hazard to small children if misused. "Little Miss Blooms" and owner deny responsibility for any harm or damage that occur incidental to any product of or sold by "Little Miss Blooms."
